Lamourlux Exchange Policy
We take Exceptional pride in our reputation for quality and we made sure our website has a detailed size charts for every single item for your reference guide.
We are 100% positive that you will love your Lamourlux purchases. But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us via mercy.kennnedy@lamourlux.com within 48 hours of receiving your orders for eligibility & conditions.
We will provide you with a store credit for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt; items are sent back to us within 5 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note that we do not issue Pre-paid return labels
Note we only offer store credit.
As you can understand for health restrictions and sanitary reason’s we are unable offer return for personal products such as Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear, these items will be final sale. (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).
IN ADDITION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- SALE ITEMS
- SPECIAL PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS
- CLEARANCE ITEMS
- DOOR BUSTERS
- DOUBLE RETURNS
- NO RETURN ON OUR CRYSTAL COLLECTION DUE TO ITS DELICACY
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order we sincerely apologize, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.
If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to mercy.kennedy@lamourlux.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we received your returned Package, your return for store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email once return is processed
Keep in mind any discounted items are ineligible for return or exchange.
